** CONTACT FOR AVAILABLE DATES ** What is Dermaplaning? Dermaplaning is a manual exfoliation technique that removes layers of DEAD skin cells and peachy fuzz with a surgical blade. Vellus hair (peachy fuzz) does NOT grow back thicker. This treatment is very popular and clients love the feeling of having fresh skin that can "breath" after having this treatment carried out. Whether you’re wanting to add this amazing treatment onto your existing list of treatments, make some extra money on the side or start a whole new career, this course is for you. Students are required to hold either an introduction to facials diploma or an advanced facial accreditation to attend this course. On this course you will learn in-depth theory, a live demonstration of the treatment being performed and the opportunity to perform the treatment on your own model. Please note these are approximate timings and can be subject to change. • We will begin with theory then have a live demonstration • Lunch • After lunch your model will arrive and you will have 1.5 hours to carry out the treatment • At the end of the day there will be a short quiz and a chance to ask any questions you may have. • You will then practice some more by providing us with case studies, information to help you with this will be provided in your manuals. You will then be qualified and receive your certificate once we are satisfied with the work you are providing to your clients. Please be aware we use stripe which is a secure payment method. If the course is cancelled less then 2 weeks prior full payment will be taken, if you need to change the date please let us know as soon as possible.
